- Mix meringue power in water until slightly foamy.
- Add in cream of tartar, vanilla, and powdered sugar.

To get Flauros with Tarukaja, fuse a Berith (Hierophant). This is, hands down, my favorite royal icing. It's easy to make with meringue powder, dries quickly Gel Food Coloring - get the whole set. I love these colors for royal icing, cake batter, frosting, etc. Use a wooden spoon to beat in the remaining powdered sugar and glycerine a little at a time.
