- Pour the mixture into a bowl (…smells gooood!). Drop the cubed onion into the mixture and sprinkle about 2 pinches of salt to balance the sugar.
- Mix it all evenly, cover with cling film and let it rest for about 30-45 minutes to rise. Ready to fry now.
- In a frying pan, heat a tbl spn of oil, Scoop sizeable batter and fry into a rich golden brown color.
