- For dough
- Firstly sieve the refined flour into a bowl and add sugar,salt,instant Yeast,1 tbsp oil into the refind flour.

- Tuck the dough and form to a ball. place in a large mixing bowl.

- Now cover the bowl tightly with cling wrap or plastic wrap or cotton cloth. And allow to rest and rise in a warm place for about 2 hours.
- Now prepare stuffing
- Heat oil in a Pan and add chopped onion saute well.
- Now add chopped tomatoes and add all spices saute until become saprate oil.
- Now add capsicum and grated paneer and mix well.
- Prepare stuffing keep cool down completely.
- After one hour take dough,Once the dough doubles in volume, punch the dough to release the air and take it out on a dusted surface. Knead it for another 5-10 min.
- Divide the dough into equal parts. Roll each part and put some stuffing into it. Fold all the corners and seal all the edges properly.
- Place all the stuffed dough balls in a greased baking tray. Cover it and let it rest for second proofing. It will approximately take 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 min.
